The Canon Framework

Before the chapters, here is the whole system in three pictures. Think of it like a map of a city before you walk its streets: the 118 chapters are the streets and buildings, but these three diagrams show how everything connects — the four volumes, Part 0 and eighteen parts you'll move through, the two angles the Canon Score judges every company from, and the 100-point rubric itself, dimension by dimension.

The roadmap. Four volumes, Part 0 plus eighteen parts, 118 chapters — Foundations teaches the rules of the arena, Analysis builds the forensic toolkit, Execution turns analysis into decisions and a scoring system, and Mastery applies all of it to real, worked companies and a lifelong routine.
Two angles, one score. Hemisphere 1 screens out companies you can't trust or can't trade, regardless of how good the numbers look. Hemisphere 2 does the financial statement work. Chapters 63–66 combine both sides into a single Canon Score out of 100.
The rubric. Seven dimensions, added together — never averaged — so the ceiling is always exactly 100. Financial Strength carries the most weight because a company that can't make safe money eventually fails at everything else; full rubric in Chapter 64.
